Yes. With integrated stores (+40,000 and counting) the item is saved enriched, with its official image and information. With the rest, Spaidoo still saves the link, the image and the description so you never lose anything.

No. You sign in from the web and start saving right away. If you want to save from any store with one click while you browse, install the Chrome extension; and if you prefer it on mobile, there's the app for Android and iOS. You choose how.

Yes. Any mall or list you create can be shared with a link, made public so people discover you, or opened up for others to follow. You decide what you show and what you keep private.

Spaidoo is a social platform: collections are meant to be shared and to discover those of others. But you're always in control — you can make any mall, list or your own profile private whenever you want, and only show what you choose.

They're the collaborative version of malls and lists. A MallIx is a mall built by several people; a ListIx, a product list everyone contributes to. Perfect for building as a team: a group of friends, a community or a couple organizing a project.

If you work with WooCommerce, PrestaShop or Shopify, there's an official plugin that installs in one click. And if your store is custom-built, you just paste a small snippet. From there, Spaidoo detects your products automatically and you start showing up in your customers' libraries.

Not at all. Spaidoo doesn't force you to give up what you already have: it works as a meta-plugin and lives alongside Doofinder, Kimera, Algolia or your own search. From the admin you choose which engine handles each search, switch it whenever you want, and measure which works best for you. Spaidoo Search is always one more option, never an imposition.

Only what you decide to share: your store's profile on Spaidoo with your information (description, social links, links…) and, if you want, your product feed. Nothing more. From there we only record platform usage events: how many users follow your store, which of your products they save, and how many visits reach your landing or your eCommerce. Never personal data of people who don't use Spaidoo, and all GDPR-compliant.

No. The widget loads asynchronously and doesn't block your site: your store keeps loading just as fast. We don't touch your theme or your checkout process.

With the Starter plan, at no cost, you already have your store profile on Spaidoo, the widget installed and an admin with the essential metrics. You start showing up in users' libraries and collections from day one. Whenever you want more visibility, campaigns or advanced reports, you scale up to Growth or Pro.

Yes. From the admin you send email campaigns and push notifications to those who follow your store or have saved your products. And, above all, you have smart carousels: blocks of personalized products that show each user what fits them best and bring them back to your store. You decide what, to whom and when, and you measure the result of every action.

Whenever you want and without any calls: you manage it yourself from the admin. When the period you'd already paid for ends, your store automatically moves to the free Starter plan — you don't lose your profile, your followers or your presence on Spaidoo, you simply stop having the paid features. No commitment and no penalties.

No. The widget loads asynchronously after the LCP. It doesn't block rendering, it doesn't introduce CLS and it doesn't touch your critical DOM. It doesn't slow down your store or affect your performance.

Not at all. Spaidoo positions itself as a meta-plugin: it coexists with your search, your CRM and your chat. In fact, if you already use Doofinder we can delegate internal search to it while we keep the cross-store library and the recovery.

Yes, within the European framework (GDPR · LOPDGDD · ePrivacy). Spaidoo acts as a data processor in compliance with the GDPR. The widget uses no cookies or identifiers until the visitor's first interaction. We provide the standard clause for your privacy policy and the instructions to add us to your cookie banner.

No. The prices you see are net. Whatever tax applies to your company's country is calculated automatically at checkout: 21% VAT if you're in Spain. If your company is in another EU country and gives us its intra-community VAT number, the reverse charge applies and we charge you nothing on top. Either way you'll see it itemised before confirming the payment.

20% off the equivalent monthly price. Growth goes from €29/mo to €23/mo (€276/yr) and Pro from €49/mo to €39/mo (€468/yr). You're billed once when you sign up.

Yes, anytime from your admin. You upgrade instantly (we prorate the difference). You downgrade at the end of the current period. Switching from monthly to yearly is immediate; switching from yearly to monthly is scheduled for the end of the yearly period you signed up for.

Yes. Spaidoo works as a meta-plugin: it orchestrates the search or AI assistant you already have (Doofinder, Algolia, Kimera, Tidio…) and shows it inside our widget without touching your setup. You keep paying only what you already pay your provider — Spaidoo adds no commission. No lock-in: switch provider anytime.

You have two options: get Spaidoo Search as an optional add-on from €0/mo (Trial plan, at no cost) or connect any external provider for free once you have one. You're not required to get anything — the widget works perfectly without search or AI if your store doesn't need them.

Anytime. No commitment. If you cancel, you keep the plan until the end of the period you paid for and then move to Starter automatically. Your data is not deleted.

Any freelancer, agency or consultant focused on e-commerce. Self sign-up is open at admin.spaidoo.com. We review your site and experience in under 48 h — no interview, no odd filters.

From its first paid invoice. Your referral code links the store at sign-up and, for every subscription Spaidoo charges, we automatically record your 20%. No grace period, no delay.

Your commission is recurring — if the store pays, you earn. If it cancels, it stops. There's no retroactive clawback: what we've already paid you is yours.

Any partner can manage. When a client wants you to run all their Spaidoo operations, the store itself gives you manager access to its panel, and you come in as their team — profile, communication, settings, everything. You decide store by store: you can be the manager for some and just commercial for others. The store grants that access and can revoke it whenever it wants.

Whatever you decide. That rate is a direct agreement between you and the client: Spaidoo doesn't step in or take a cut. On one side you earn your 20% recurring from Spaidoo; on the other, the price of your management service is yours to set and you bill the client directly. Two revenue streams on the same client.

You invoice us monthly (with your VAT, if applicable). We transfer via SEPA within 7 days of receipt. €50 minimum threshold — below that, it rolls over to the next month.

Yes. You earn 20% on any subscription the store pays Spaidoo — main plan, Spaidoo Search and whatever gets added in the future. If a referred store takes Pro (€49) + Spaidoo Search Basic (€29), your commission is ~€13/mo instead of ~€8. The more they use Spaidoo, the more you earn.

Tiers update on the fly. The moment you cross the threshold of active stores + accrued commissions + tenure, you automatically move up to the next level. No manual review, no interview.

Yes. Your own store is just another store paying Spaidoo, so you earn 20% just like on any other. It counts toward your accrued commissions and toward moving up a tier — no special conditions.
